Peter Glass - Director of Operations
Peter joined Cranstoun in 1984, as a Residential Project Worker and has worked in and managed a number of Cranstoun's services. Prior to joining the organisation (known then as EAPA) Peter trained and practiced in mental health nursing. he was appointed Director of Operations in 1998 and has subsequently developed and managed a range of provision that includes Residential, Community and Prison based drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services. He currently leads on all operational and strategic service development and management.
Away from work Peter is a keen sports fan and, as he likes to point out, an ex-player who enjoys watching a spot of rugby and cricket. He also reckons he has a Sprint Triathlon in him, of which colleagues wait with eager anticipation!
Martin Holly - Chief Finance Officer
Martin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Since qualifying he has held a number of senior financial positions in a variety of commercial settings and joined Cranstoun as Chief Finance Officer in 2004. Martin heads the central finance team responsible for all financial matters and also leads on ICT for the organisation and policy in the areas of risk management, compliance and legal issues. Martin also has an MBA, a diploma in charity accounting (DChA) and regularly attends meetings of the Charity Finance Director's Group.
Away from the office Martin can be found at the local squash court, or being put through his paces with a football by his young son.
Kim Coles - Director of HR & Governance
Kim joined Cranstoun in September 2014 and is responsible for leading the ‘people’ agenda. Prior to joining Cranstoun, Kim has built her career in both voluntary and private sector organisations, most recently leading an HR team within a large supported housing organisation. Kim is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
Away from work Kim spends her time running around after her two young girls and doesn’t get time for much else!
