Expressions of Recovery
19 to 23 March 2012
Old Street - Free entrance

“Expressions of Recovery” features experiences of people who have recovered or are in the process of recovering from substance and alcohol misuse. The broad and unique range of artwork aims to explain their lives, what their recovery journey has been like or currently still is and where they aspire to be.

This free exhibition also captures over 40 years of Cranstoun’s experience in the substance and alcohol field. You will learn more about the treatment field, have a better understanding of drug and alcohol misuse and have access to a range of literature.

This event will be completed with a musical section: Cranstoun Live; a concert taking place on the last day of the exhibition, Friday 23 March, at the Bull & Gate in Kentish town.

AN EXHIBITION THAT WILL OPEN YOUR EYES

“Art is the desire of a man to express himself, to record the reactions of his personality to the world he lives in.”
