Substance misuse services 

Cranstoun, Worcestershire
Open for telephone referrals and assessments. Ongoing interventions are provided by telephone. Service users who are self-isolating and would like general help should visit the council website.

Swanswell, West Berkshire
Open for telephone referrals and assessments. Ongoing interventions are provided by telephone. We are offering safe reduction advice, harm minimisation and general support.

Inspire, Sutton
We are offering telephone and digital recovery interventions and continue to accept telephone-based new referrals. Due reduced staffing numbers our opening hours are currently Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you require an evening assessment or support, due to employment or other commitments, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

Cranstoun, Sandwell
Open for telephone referrals and assessments; ongoing interventions are provided by telephone.

Resilience, Windsor & Maidenhead
Open for telephone and online referrals. All interventions are being provided by telephone, and mutual aid that would normally be held from the building is taking place online. Our normal group work programme will be moving to an online platform in the coming weeks. Staff members will be contacting clients from work mobiles or from a withheld phone number.

Domestic abuse services 

Transform Sutton
Open for telephone referrals Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.   For advice and information visit:   Not Alone in Sutton The One Stop Shop is not currently open. However, from 1st July, we are able to offer face-to-face appointments at Sutton Baptist Church on Wednesday mornings for those who want to talk to a specialist domestic abuse adviser.
