Cranstoun are excited to be working with the West Midlands Police Crime and Commissioner to bring a new Arrest Referral Service to the custody suites of West Midlands Police offering drug and alcohol using offenders the opportunity to break the cycle of substance related crime.

Cranstoun are seeking a competent and experienced Administrator to support the delivery of drug and alcohol services in Sandwell.

 

You will be required to carry out general administrative and reception duties, as well as contributing to the performance reporting for the service. You will support the team by providing high quality and comprehensive customer relations.

You should have experience in general team administration, ensuring excellent customer service is provided when greeting visitors and answering the telephone. You will be able to work to deadlines, and be confident in dealing with partnering professionals and clients, as well as coordinating and supporting colleagues in their administrative work.
