Starting Salary: £23,836 per annum
Hours: 35 per week (Evening & weekend requirements including Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) as part of monthly rota.

Resilience is an exciting service which operates between Cranstoun and Claremont & Holyport GP surgery since April 2017. Resilience is ambitious at promoting recovery, integration and ambition for the residents affected by substance misuse in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

We are seeking competent and knowledgeable Engagement and Recovery Worker with criminal justice system experience  and working alongside Probation and the police to compliment the existing team and support the daily operations and development of the service. You should have an understanding in a range of interventions, including conducting assessments, case and prescription management, psychosocial key work interventions, group work facilitation and partnership working.

You will also have an understanding of electronic recording systems, data management, working to deadlines and completing and reviewing care plans and other essential intervention tools and documents.
