Salary: £24,174 – £30,153 per annum pro rata including excellent benefits

We are seeking a highly confident individual to join our Incident Management Team, who has the skills and ability to investigate incidents affecting Pavilions service users and staff. You will be working with a range of people across the Pavilions Partnership and will take full ownership of completing investigations thoroughly to draw up recommendations to improve care and service delivery.
You will need to be extremely motivated as you will often be working alone, as well as part of the Incident Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to develop a career within quality governance and safety.
It is essential that you have experience of database or data system administration.
In addition, you will be a concise communicator, with an ability to provide clear and fluent reporting information, both in writing and verbally.
You will have excellent attention to detail combined with effective administration skills, and a strong work ethic, so you can meet deadlines and deliver a quality service. Knowledge and experience of working with Datix or an equivalent incident reporting management system would be beneficial.
