Sandwell alcohol and drug services are seeking to recruit two Senior Practitioners.
You will assist the Sandwell service in providing effective, efficient service to service users.
You will support the Borough Manager and Team Leaders to deliver quality services and go the extra mile for our service users. You will contribute to ensuring services are delivered in line with Cranstoun’s policies and contractual requirements You will supervise a team of workers, motivating them to deliver quality services and go the extra mile for our service users.
You will have a proven ability of working with this client group and of service delivery with communication, listening and organisational skills and have the ability to develop team member’s confidence and competence to deliver quality care in line with NICE guidance.
You will work effectively with partner agencies to deliver a quality service, focused on achieving positive outcomes for service users
You will actively encourage service user involvement in monitoring and commenting on the quality of service provided by Cranstoun leading to user-focused quality improvement initiatives
You’ll need to have good writing and computing skills, and be able to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and case management systems.
The most important things you’ll bring to this role are your positive attitude, enthusiasm, integrity and ability to use initiative sand contribute to delivering a trauma informed approach. Experience of developing and working in partnership is essential.
You will be required to work some evenings, and some unsociable hours in order to meet our service delivery requirements.
