Salary: £38,052 – £47,576 per annum plus Inner London Weighting £3,545 per annum

City Roads is one of a number of drug services, in London and across the country, run by the Charity, Cranstoun. City Roads is a busy inpatient detoxification unit and Cranstoun are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed individual to be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of effective and responsive care services. The post holder will ensure a high standard of care and effective liaison with the community based treatment services and Commissioners.
This involves overseeing the development, coordination and delivery of a comprehensive and co-ordinated recovery-focused inpatient detoxification and stabilisation treatment programme to be delivered through various modalities including clinical management, one-to-one and group work. The role will have responsibility for the overall training and professional development of the team in collaboration with the social care and clinical leads.
The post holder will lead and manage the delivery of high quality client services and drug treatment including prescribing provision, ensuring best practice and compliance with the UK guidelines on the clinical management of Drug Misuse and Dependence.
You will be working with Prescribers, Recovery Workers, Complementary Therapists, Primary Care staff and a range of health professionals. The successful applicant may be required to work on occasional weekends. There will be a requirement of this post holder to be the appointed CQC registered manager.
