West Hill is an alcohol and drug supported housing project for up to eight people. This service is for people aged 18 to 65 living in Wandsworth.

You must have achieved at least four weeks of abstinence from drugs and alcohol. We take clients on scripts, prisoners, and those on license and community orders. You will normally stay at this service for nine months before hopefully moving on to Ritherdon Road.

  • Support to maintain tenancy
  • Advice and guidance on developing life skills
  • Assistance to overcome social exclusion, providing information on community facilities and services available
  • Advice, advocacy and liaison
  • Emotional support
  • Referral to other services, e.g. health, counselling, drug and alcohol day treatment programmes
  • Help with managing personal budgets or debt
  • Assistance to claim appropriate benefits
  • Monitoring health and wellbeing support in relation to primary health care and mental health services
  • Peer support
  • Supporting service users to have involvement in the service, including regular residents’ meetings
  • Support in complying with statutory orders and related processes
  • Support to move onto more independent living e.g. connection to utilities, repairs, advice and assistance in acquiring essential household items
  • Referral to floating support when moving to independent accommodation
  • Weekly key work meetings support plans and risk assessments with regular 3 monthly reviews
  • On-site gym with trained instructor
  • 24-hour staff cover, concierge service overnight
