SWANSWELL

Swanswell Birmingham provides community-based floating support to Birmingham residents, assisting them with housing and social-related issues.

Our supporting people services are available to adult residents:

  • living with mental health issues
  • who are single and at risk of homelessness
  • with current/historic offending issues
  • living with HIV/TB

Our HIV/TB service also provides support to HIV/TB positive children and their families, as well as to non-Birmingham residents, who receive their clinical support in the city.

Our services are provided in service users’ homes and community settings, such as Heartlands Hospital’s Pediatric and Queen Elizabeth Hospital’s GUM Wards.
