WANDSWORTH

Our service in Wandsworth provides supported housing to borough residents in need of drug and alcohol support. We offer each service user up to nine hours of one-to-one and group support a week, working with 30 adults across five properties. We also provide floating support to those who move on into independent accommodation and take referrals to support other Wandsworth residents who require support to retain their accommodation.

Cranstoun’s innovative ‘connecting assets’ model delivers effective pathways to independence. Our approach is personalised and flexible, helping those with with substance misuse issues and responding to changing needs including lapses and relapses. Our aim is to support residents in their recovery and help them to develop social and recovery strategies and skills that enable independent living. We do this by collaborating with each resident and working in partnership with drug and alcohol treatment services and other statutory and voluntary services.

Our accommodation:

West Hill – eight rooms in a shared house
Garratt Lane – five self contained flats
Fernlea Road – five self contained flats
Ritherdon Road – six rooms in a shared house
Trinity Road – six self contained flats
